Return and Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of our business, No REFUNDS are offered on hair extensions. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. 

• Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the Ten12 Extensions Management Team within 24 hours of receiving product(s).

• In the case an exchange is approved from management,  client have 24 hours to return product. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached.

• All sales are final. We cannot make any adjustments or cancel any orders once they have been made.
